The parish Religious Education Board is appointed by the Pastor to provide sound direction and stability to catechetical programs of Religious Education within the parish. A Board is extremely valuable for setting policies, having input on a job description for the parish DRE, evaluating the performance of a DRE once he or she has been hired, and acting in a supportive way to professional DREs so that they can carry out their duties effectively. Our R.E. Board meets 3-4 times a year.
